Fat Doctor Update
The Fat Doctor has me down 9+ pounds total for the month of October. And while it is a big slow down from the previous month...I don't care. I am still loosing and I will continue to push through. My BMI has gone down 8 points in 2 months and my blood pressure is down too. YEAH ME!
