Attaching to Parenthood

Archie and I are semi-attachment parents. Silas spent the first few years of his life sleeping happily in our bed. Each subsequent kid has spent some time snoozing with Mom and Dad and we've always been baby-wearers. From Bjorn-type carriers to ring slings; we've toted the babies in every way, shape and form.

Along comes Tucker...he doesn't like the Bjorn-type carrier very much, but loves the ring sling. I think that he likes being close to Mama's body. As he's gotten heavier, the ring sling isn't working as well as it used to. The fabric slides through the rings and a peacefully sleeping baby that started out riding close to Mama's heart ends up at her belly button.

I think that I've found a carrier that will suit us well, but I have to pick a color! YIKES! I'll let my readers vote on this one; as I'm a notoriously bad decision maker!
