WOW!

What a difference 10 years makes! We had a fantastic anniversary. After dividing the kids between Nana and our good friend, ATH; we went to The Melting Pot. I've never had a 4 course meal like that. We had an American Cheese fondue with granny smith apples, bread chunks and raw veggies for dipping. Our second course was a house salad for Archie and a spinach/ mushroom salad for me. The third course was shrimp, filet Mignon, sirloin, lobster, chicken and pork roast with assorted dips. The fourth and final course was a Yin and Yang chocolate (white and dark) with strawberries, bananas, brownies, pound cake, rice crispy treats, graham cracker coated marshmallows, Oreo cookie coated marshmallows and cheesecake to pair with the chocolate. The best part was spending some alone time with Archie (a very rare occurrence). And here we are...only 10 short years later...
