The last presidential election I think that we waited for roughly 4 hours to vote; got home and they had already called the winner for NC! Made me so hoppin mad!
Last year, I went out to vote. COLD! Pregnant, toting a 9 month old baby and a 4 year old with a broken leg. Locked Amelia IN the car and had to wait to be rescued some 30 minutes later.
So yeah, this year was MUCH better.

Glad this year was a better experiance. I need to look up where I can go vote early.
I believe that Ken and I were in line with you during the last election..... I recollect seeing you there.
yeah - that was not a good thing -- standing in line so long and seeing that my vote didn't matter.
it is not so much a duty as it is a right and privilege.....
Yay for you voting early! I'm glad it wasn't a painful process.
I have to to do it too- i just haven't made it down there yet- oh and we get stickers too! LOL Glad this year was easier!
I wonder who would win the Presidential race if all voters were required to take care of three kids at the polling center and wait on line for an hour?
LOL I kinda wish I had thought of voting absentee, because the nuts come out of the woodwork on voting day. I think they bus them in or something. :p
My goodness, I would just absentee vote after last year.
Hooray for voting!!! I love the stickers and my kids do too.
