It's No Exaggeration

when I say that we are raising a diva. She is every bit that and more. Take this morning for instance. Silas went in to wake her up. He's pretty chipper for a nine-year old on a school morning. She cracks an eye lid, points to the light switch and says, "light OFF, me sleep!" All she needed was an eye mask and a pink, fluffy gown. She has every man in this house wrapped around her finger. She gets what she wants, when she wants and never takes no for an answer. She'll pout, she'll cry, she'll smile sweetly or wink to get anything that she wants.

Add into the mix that she is going to be the flower girl in my cousin's wedding on Saturday. Should be a pretty interesting day. She absolutely adores the bride and groom. But being only 27 months old, I have my doubts that she'll be a proper flower girl. I have visions of her charging like a bull down the aisle, screaming about "her Greggy" (the groom) or stealing the show with some of her antics. I've asked and asked again if they are sure that they want her to do this. They assure me that they expect diva-ness and wouldn't have it any other way.

Stay tuned ... this could be a wild one!

But she's the cutest little diva out there. I can't wait to hear how the wedding goes.

I cannot wait to see it all!
Listen, my 7 year old flower girl refused to be the "proper flower girl" -- don't you worry. The wedding will go off as planned....see you Friday! =)

Too adorable though. Even if she is a little diva!

aww she will do fine. My flower girl didn't want to walk down the aisle and looking back, I laugh. My day was still perfect, so don't worry, she'll do fine.

She'll be the prettiest one there ;)
