Yep, I'm one of THOSE moms

Placing the paper bag over my head to say that I let Amelia watch Yo Gabba Gabba. I know that it has 0 educational value. It will not mold her into a bilingual tot nor will it teach her to count to 1,000. It's crazy, it's fun ... it gets her up and makes her dance; it makes her laugh and who's to say that's not more important than geometry and synonyms? Heck, sometimes we even dance together. So there, I'm one of those moms and you know what; I'm kind of proud! Rock on DJ Lance Rock! Teach my baby how to shake her bootie! Oh, great idea!

Yo GABBA GABBA!

My first hearing about this show makes me rather disinclined to watch it. One mom blog posted about how a particular character remarkably resembled a female's *ahem* mechanical pleasure instrument. Eeew.

I cannot stand the show, but if the wutz is in the mood to watch it, I let him.

And I insert earplugs.

It's ok, I won't hold it against you....LOL It just proves how out there the show is since Jack Black is on it too. I do like him but he's a bit out there just like the show.

The kids have only seen the show a few times but they love it too. They still sing & walk around the house chanting "yo gaba gaba" all the time. The show was made a definite impression.

I LOVE Yo Gabba Gabba. It has all of these semi-famous stars dancy dancing, great songs, and it even had the Jack Black episode that will go down in Gabba history.

I would have to say that we are on the verge of being Gabba Groupies at our house....and proud of it!
